Small Engine Technician - Franklin Location

Responsibilities include efficient inspection, diagnosing, and repairing of small engine equipment such as zero-turn mowers, Stihl power equipment, and RTV's.  Must be able to determine part requirements during the repair of new, used and rental equipment.

Rental Associate  - Franklin Location

Reviews rental contracts for complete and accurate information. Determines work requirements and priorities. Confirms machines are returned, inspected, cleaned and serviced in a timely manner to enable the machine to be rented again as soon as possible. Ensure/perform routine maintenance of all equipment.

Service Advisor - Franklin Location

Responsibilities include communicating with the customer to gather information regarding equipment issues and providing repair status updates while repairs are in progress. This includes monitoring work in progress, managing technician schedules, ordering repair parts and filing warranty claims.

Lot Coordinator - Columbia Location

Responsibilities include cleaning and wash all equipment coming from the service department prior to delivery to the customers. Ensure/perform routine greasing and minor maintenance of equipment as needed. Maintain lot appearance and cleanliness.
